Position Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our expansion efforts in the Tipton region. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities within the construction and industrial sectors. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of market dynamics.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s market presence in the Tipton area.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, contractors, and stakeholders to generate leads and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Tipton team to develop tailored solutions and proposals that meet the needs of prospective clients.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities to senior management.

Ideal candidate would have:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management within the Powered Access, construction or industrial sectors.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Hours: Monday to Friday 40hrs per week

Pay: £35,000.00 – £43,000.00 per year
